and performance.
ECT benefits youth:

understanding and expression of texts, and character development.
- Excitement and discipline of live performance
- Improved
self-confidence
ECT benefits Santa Fe:
- Critically-acclaimed performances enjoyed by all ages
- Healthy youth development and engagement
- School
performances expose students to live theater at reduced cost
Staff and volunteers:
Lisa
Lincoln, who has over 25 years of directing and voice experience,
has been directing ECT since 1999, in addition to directing adults
and teaching drama in area schools. Lincoln also offers private
voice lessons for those who wish to develop their vocal talents.
Lincoln has a gift for inspiring young people to work hard and
bring out talents they might not have known they had. Many parent volunteers
contribute their talents to each production, some of whom have
done so for years, in areas such as public relations, costume
design and construction, rehearsal assistance, house management,
make up, and backstage as runners, stage hands, etc.
